Step 1: Reduce your calorie intake

To lose weight and burn fat you must reduce the amount of calorie that you are consuming so that you are using more calories then you are taking in.

This will generally involve cutting out high calorie foods like non lean meats, fries, burgers, pizza and generally junky type foods. You will also need to get rid of sugary and fizzy drinks. This is very important.
